Joe Petrusky is a seasoned real estate investor and operator with a sharp eye for acquisitions, design, and brand development. Since 2018, he has personally directed the acquisition and transformation of more than 250 single-family residences, overseeing full-scale renovations that elevate each property into a high-value, market-leading asset.
A Penn State graduate and Gladwyne, PA resident, Joe plays a hands-on role in every phase of the process, from identifying undervalued opportunities and structuring deals to guiding architectural redesign, premium finishes, and curated brand positioning. His focus is simple: creating beautiful renovations while setting a new standard for luxury construction across the Main Line.
